Philips Candle LED Light Bulb E14 3W (25W Eqv) Warm White Opal

This opal LED candle from Philips is designed to mimic the appearance and behaviour of an incandescent light bulb while delivering all of the benefits associated with LED technology.

A unique lens design produces the same sparkling, warm white glow you might expect from a traditional filament light bulb. The resultant brightness and intensity can then be manipulated via a compatible dimmer switch, much like you would with a traditional light bulb.

Though the aesthetics and functionality are reminiscent of an incandescent light bulb, the level of performance and efficiency afforded by its LED componentry is anything but. This LED light bulb serves as a direct retrofit replacement for 25W filament light bulbs, but in reality, only requires 3.5W to produce the same brightness and quality of light.

It also boasts a nominal lifetime of 15,000 hours, which is around 15 times longer than most traditional filament light bulbs. Throughout its operational life, this vastly superior efficiency and longevity can reduce your lighting bill by up to 90% when compared with the performance of traditional light bulbs of similar brightness.

Features an SES-E14 small Edison (14mm) screw base.

Here at SimplyLED, we want you to be able to buy with confidence both in ourselves and the products we sell. With this in mind, a number of our bulbs carry a specific warranty that ensures you can do exactly that.

Any LED or LED Smart light bulb bought from SimplyLED carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase an LED light bulb from SimplyLED and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of bulbs fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.

If you have any further questions about our Warranty or Returns Policy that aren't addressed on this page, please feel free to contact us.
