Product Details

The Phoebe LED Ares is a versatile track spotlight that is well suited to any retail display, shop floor or office environment. It can be vertically adjusted in a full 360° range and 180° horizontally, making it one of the most adaptable spotlights available today. It also has a universal adapter for 3-circuit track systems, meaning it can be integrated with existing lighting systems.

The Ares emits a bright 910 lumens of warm white 3000K light, and the 30° beam angle makes it ideal for highlighting particular areas or features in a room, or for showcasing products in a retail display. The spotlight's energy efficiency makes it a good investment, and its long 40,000 hour life and durable polycarbonate construction mean that once the Ares is installed, it will be years before it needs replacing.

Warranty Information

Here at SimplyLED, we want you to be able to buy with confidence both in ourselves and the products we sell. With this in mind, a number of our LED fittings carry a specific warranty that ensures you can do exactly that.

Any Phoebe LED fitting bought from SimplyLED carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase a Phoebe LED fitting from SimplyLED and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of products fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

Manufacturers Warranty

This product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Please visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your product has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable products on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
