This LED G9 capsule from Crompton Lamps features innovative Sunset Dim technology, which adjusts the colour temperature of the lamp as it is dimmed. At 100% brightness it emits a bright 300 lumens of warm white 2800K light, warming to 2200K at 10% of power. Ideal for a range of uses, the versatility of this Sunset Dim G9 is unmatched.

With all the efficiency and reliability of LED lighting, its long 30,000 hour life means that once installed, it will be years before this G9 needs replacing again. Designed a direct retrofit for 28W halogen capsules, this G9 offers the same brightness, but using only a fraction of the power. It is also compatible with both leading and trailing edge dimmers (please see manufacturer's website for more details).

Warranty Information  

Here at SimplyLED, we want you to be able to buy with confidence both in ourselves and the products we sell. With this in mind, a number of our bulbs carry a specific warranty that ensures you can do exactly that.

Any LED or LED Smart light bulb bought from SimplyLED carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase an LED light bulb from SimplyLED and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of bulbs fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

Manufacturers Warranty

This product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 4 years from date of purchase. Please visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
