How do I place an order?

You can either place an order through our website or, if you prefer, you can place your order over the phone.

We can only accept orders through the website, simply add your products to the shopping cart and checkout when you are ready. You will then be taken to the checkout page where you can apply any discount codes and where delivery and billing information is taken.

How can I pay for my order?

For payment, we accept all the credit and debit cards listed below. Alternatively, you can use Paypal to complete your order. You will be prompted to choose your payment method when you check out. If you're using Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to sign in or register if you don't already have a Paypal account set up. Card payments are debited before items are shipped.

How do I set up a Paypal account?

Head to the Paypal website to sign up for an account. You will need to register using an email address, provide some personal details (e.g. name, address, billing information) and add a payment method, such as a credit or debit card. Once this is done, you will no longer need to provide your payment details when making a purchase using Paypal.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

Any discount codes you have can be applied to your order on the checkout page and will be applied to specific products or whole orders, depending on the offer. Simply type the code into the box when prompted, ensuring that you type the characters exactly as they appear, and the discount will be applied to your order.

Please check the terms of any offers carefully before using discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you have any further questions about our offers and discounts, please contact our customer service team.

Can I store my payment details for future orders?

You cannot store payment information on the SimplyLED website, but you can save time at the checkout by creating an account with us. This allows you to save shipping addresses, viewing and track your orders, and more. Simply click the 'Login' link at the top of the website to register for an account.

Using Paypal (see above) to pay for your order would mean that you don't need to enter your payment details with each transaction.

I no longer need a product I ordered. Can I cancel it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible on 01494 720450. If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and will offer you a full refund if so. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process to receive a refund, details of which can be found in our returns policy.
