Shipping & Returns

Below are our final posting dates for orders placed on SimplyLED.co.uk during the festive season:

Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery – 3:00pm, Friday 19th December*

*Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00pm on Friday 19th December will be dispatched via tracked Royal Mail in time for their final pre-Christmas postage cut-off. While this does not guarantee Christmas delivery, your parcel should arrive in time provided there are no delays within the postal network.

 

Office and Warehouse Opening Times Over the Festive Period

• Wednesday 24th December 2025: Open 9:00am - 2:00pm
• Thursday 25th December 2025 - Thursday 1st January 2026: Closed
• Friday 2nd January 2026: Open as usual

Any orders placed between Thursday 25th December 2025 and Thursday 1st January 2026 will be dispatched on or after Friday 2nd January 2026.

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

We’ll email you with tracking details once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

• If your order is above £50.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charges start at £3.99.
• Excludes orders containing oversized items of 600mm (or over) in length.

Large Item Delivery

Orders including large items measuring 600mm to 1,100mm 

• Orders which include items measuring over 60cm in length must be sent via courier.
• Excludes orders containing extras-large oversized items of 1,100mm (or over) in length.

Extra Large Item Delivery

Orders including extra large items over 1,100mm

• Orders which include items measuring over 1,100mm in length must be sent via courier.

Returns

Returning orders to us is easy. Anything you buy from us can be returned within 28 days of receipt, for any reason.

As long as the product is returned to us within 28 days we will refund its full value, whether it is broken, faulty, incorrect or simply unsuitable for your needs.

In cases where there is no fault and the return is based on a change of heart rather than an actual defect, the relevant products must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
