Product Details

Intended as a direct replacement for old-fashioned halogen bulbs, this value pack of 5x thermal plastic LED GU10 spotlights from Crompton Lamps will retrofit to your existing installations but consume a minimal amount of power when compared to the bulbs that currently occupy them.

Consuming just 5W but producing a quality of light comparable to 50W halogen bulbs, this LED version boasts far superior longevity. Despite the modern technology that sits under the bonnet, the bulb retains the cosmetics of its halogen counterparts with a thermal plastic body that offers a head dissipating capabilities, perfect for fire rated downlights.

Warranty Information

Here at SimplyLED, we want you to be able to buy with confidence both in ourselves and the products we sell. With this in mind, a number of our bulbs carry a specific warranty that ensures you can do exactly that.

Any LED or LED Smart light bulb bought from SimplyLED carries a 24-month warranty.

If you should purchase an LED light bulb from SimplyLED and have it fail, break or develop a fault at any point within the timeline stated above from the date of purchase, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on your wishes.

In instances where large numbers of bulbs fail within a relatively short period of time, we may ask you to return them to us so that they can undergo testing to identify any potential issues.

Manufacturers Warranty

This product is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Please visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

What doesn't our warranty cover?

In any instance where your bulb has developed a fault, we will do our utmost to replace it or offer a full refund (provided the item is still within its stated warranty period). However, if it becomes apparent that the product has been misused, tampered with or modified in any way, we will view this as having voided its warranty.

'Misuse" includes, but is not limited to, incorrect operation by the user, use of non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmable circuit or connection to or operation with an unsuitable power supply. 'Tampering' or 'modification' can be interpreted as any activity designed to alter the product in such a way that it can be used in a manner that wasn't intended by its original design. This can include rewiring, removing plugs, home repairs or changing components. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace any item that has undergone any such process.
