The Spa Yate is a fire-rated downlight finished in Matt Black.
Fully fire safe (BS 476-21:1987), tested to 30, 60 & 90 min fire rating, this downlight is designed to retain the integrity of ceiling and subsequent load bearing floors in the event of a fire. Coupled with an IP 65 rating, the LED downlight can be used in bathrooms (zone 1 & 2) as well as kitchens.
Features Fast Fit tool-less terminal for fast and easy installation - Just connect, install, and voila, your downlight is ready to be used.
The Yate is suitable for domestic or commercial applications, and, with its IP65 rating, can be used in bathrooms and other high humidity areas.
Constructed from glass and die-cast aluminium with a Matt Black finish, this fitting requires 1 x GU10 spotlight bulb max 7W LED (not supplied).
